Overview

The Opportunity:

 

As a Recruiting Operations Program Manager, you will support the Talent Acquisition and Talent Attraction teams, creatively helping solve operational challenges, and supporting our business partners by building and maintaining operational systems to ensure an overall positive user experience. You will use your expertise to elevate our recruitment operations in our rapidly expanding organization and consult with executives to present thoughts and solutions. You will collaborate with operational partners within the organization and report to the Vice President of Talent Attraction and Operations.

 

The Day-to-Day:

  • Lead projects to identify issues and implement solutions to help achieve enterprise hiring goals
  • Help with system administration to streamline user experience.
  • Configure, support, and optimize various recruiting systems
  • Partner with Recruiting teams to proactively find ways to increase efficiencies in our systems and processes
  • Use your knowledge to advise stakeholders & managers on operational improvement initiatives

Your Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in program management, preferably in Human Capital or Recruiting
  • Experience configuring and managing applicant tracking systems (iCIMS preferred)
  • Experience with workflow mapping software (Visio)
  • Experience writing project documents
  • U.S. candidates must be fully vaccinated as defined by the medical community against COVID-19 and provide proof of such vaccination by date of hire
