The Client Learning team at Fisher Investments generates research insights about our US Private Client Group Sales and Service. Our focus is on serving the business, improving their core metrics and building our professional skills. As a Client Experience Analyst you will analyze quantitative and qualitative data to help us better serve our clients. We will train you to become an expert in Access and Qualtrics, to lead us through the transition to Salesforce, integrating our existing survey platform.
Reporting to the Client Learning Manager, you will create data through surveys, interviews and focus groups, then clearly communicate your observations about the customer experience (CX) and customer journey directly to front-line employees and multiple levels of management. You will seek new and accurate understandings of our clients, former clients and prospective clients to provide perspective on our challenges and opportunities—a true voice of the consumer.
