Phone interview


Our primary mission is to help you figure out where you’d fit in our firm, and because of this you may have one or more phone interviews. Regardless, your Recruiter will cover your specific process with you and keep you updated on any changes that occur along the way.

Application


A formal application and background check are required for all opportunities, and we conduct these at differing times, according to which role you’re interviewing for. We’ll always let you know when these are happening.

Video or on-site interview


We enjoy connecting with candidates either by video or with an on-site visit to our offices. If visiting us on site, you’ll receive a tour of the facilities from one of our fantastic Cultural Ambassadors. This meeting is a great way for us to get to know you better and answer any questions you may have.

Offer letter


We’re highly selective about who we hire. At the end of the process, if we determine that you’d be a collective fit, we’ll call you to discuss our offer before sending you a job offer letter. This is an exciting invitation to join us and start growing your Fisher career!

  • Recruiter or Sourcing Specialist

    This is your main point of contact. They’ll help you understand the opportunities available to you, guide you through the process and work with you to find your best Fisher fit.

  • Talent Operations Associate

    This is your experience planner. They’ll assist you with all of your traveling, scheduling and logistical needs.

  • Onboarding Associate

    This is your paperwork expert. They’ll run your background check, help with your application, and if you’re a fit, compile your final offer letter.

Compatibility

Your Fisher fit will be determined based off your strengths, interests and background.

Personalization

Your experience will be consultative and personalized according to your talents, expertise and career aspirations. 

Support

You’ll always have a Fisher representative available to respond to your questions, no matter what stage of the process you’re in.
