Benefits Analyst
The Opportunity:
The Benefits Analyst will support the ongoing development of benefits strategy and processes to ensure they remain competitive, cost-effective and compliant across our programmes in Europe (currently Germany, Ireland, Luxembourg and the United Kingdom) and the Middle East (currently Dubai and Saudi Arabia). The Benefits Analyst will report to the Benefit and Service Manager based in our London office.
The Day-to-Day:
Monitor the effectiveness of existing/new benefits and identify and recommend areas for improvement
Develop and administer Benefit specific procedures in line with strategic direction and regulatory requirements. Keeping up to date with relevant laws and emerging regulations
Monitor vendor performance and service to ensure they meet ongoing requirements
Expertly utilise data analysis and benchmarking to provide insights, recommendations and proposals
Create deliverables including benefits reporting with a D&I and compliance lens, vendor/risk assessments and RFPs
Provide Pensions and Benefits subject matter support to key stakeholders and deliver outstanding customer service
Provide ad hoc operational support to the Employee Services team assisting with events management
Your Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required
An in-depth knowledge of International Employee Benefits and Pensions administration (minimum 3 years experience and preferably in a financial or professional services environment)
Ability to analyse various situations and develop creative solutions
Highly Proficient in HR software, data analytics and project management tools (Intermediate Excel and PowerPoint as a minimum)
