At Fisher Investments, we have many resources that support employees at all stages. We do this through workplace flexibility, family support benefits, award-winning training and development, along with many other helpful resources that set our employees up for success from day one.

Workplace Flexibility

  • You may have the opportunity to participate in our hybrid work program which allows employees to balance their work and home life with more ease.
  • Our generous paid time off is another way to have flexibility when you need it. We offer 20 days of paid time off a year plus 10 paid holidays.
  • Another great option for employees needing more flexibility is the reduced schedule option. If employees need to reduce their hours, we will work with them to come up with a schedule that works.

Family Support Benefits

  • We have a program that offers up to 10 days of subsidized back-up child, adult, and elder care.*
  • Open a Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account that allows for reimbursement of eligible daycare expenses for dependents ages 13 or younger, or a dependent adult spouse or relative. This account allows you to save money by paying for these expenses with pre-tax dollars.
  • We offer resources to assist new parents returning to work as well as onsite private wellness rooms for nursing when an employee is returning from maternity leave. Additional support services include, postpartum support, doulas, milk shipping, lactation consultants, registered dieticians, infant sleep experts, etc.

Comprehensive Mental Health Coverage

  • Our healthcare plans offer virtual and / or in-person coaching, therapy and psychiatry to support an employee’s emotional wellness.
  • Through our Employee Assistance Program, have access to free, confidential counseling sessions.
  • If you need support on the go, we offer mindfulness and therapy apps that you can download to tackle stresses, practice meditation, or communicate with a virtual therapist.

Training and Development Programs

  • All employees have access to online courses through LinkedIn Learning. Topics include Microsoft Excel, Project Management, and much more!
  • Extensive New Employee Orientation where you learn about the firm, perks and benefits, compliance and more so you feel comfortable starting your career journey.
  • When you start your new role, there is an extended training period to help you establish a solid foundation. As necessary, you may participate in mock calls, learn pertinent processes and procedures, and goal setting etc.  
  • Additional support includes career counseling, job shadow programs, and learning journeys to get acclimated, gain confidence and begin planning your Fisher career.

Employee Resources Groups

  • We offer several employee resource groups across a variety of communities.
  • These groups create a sense of belonging where employees can come together to network, learn, and engage based on common interests through events and programming.

Perks and Onsite Services

  • In addition to all the resources above, employees receive discounts to, local fitness centers and restaurants, doggy daycares, pet insurance etc. We offer many onsite services too such as dry cleaning, farmers markets, food services, coffee baristas and much more!
