The Opportunity:

As the Senior Sales Recruiter, you will have the opportunity to drive success by establishing strong partnerships with hiring managers and by building and implementing a recruitment strategy through effective sourcing, engaging, and hiring top talent to meet the needs of our growing organization. Our recruiters partner with hiring managers to meet hiring goals, create candidate experiences that exceed expectations, review resumes, and conduct competency based interviews. They also source passive candidates to maintain lead flow. 


Hiring top talent is critical to our company’s success, and we are looking for a talented Senior Sales Recruiter to find and assess the top sales professionals in the country.


The Day-to-day:

  • Demonstrate a passion for the firm, which translates into representing and selling it in an appealing, accurate and professional manner
  • Utilize proactive sourcing techniques to identify top talent
  • Analyze and engage with top sales professionals
  • Conduct phone interviews to screen qualifications and organizational fit
  • Communicate regularly with hiring managers within the firm
  • Strategize with team members and hiring managers on process improvement


Your Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proven ability to take initiative and build strong, productive relationships with a wide variety of colleagues and managers
  • High level of proficiency with technology tools such as applicant tracking systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools and assessment tools
  • Excellent judgement and discretion
  • Great attention to detail and operational adherence
  • Flexibility and willingness to adapt to changing priorities
  • 3-5 years sales/recruiting experience
