Fisher Investments is currently seeking a part-time Facilities Administrative Assistant. If you are organized and enjoy collaborating with others, this might be the opportunity for you.


The Opportunity:

Under general supervision of facilities management, performs and/or oversees a variety of associated administrative, fiscal, staff support, and planning activities, some of which require advanced or specialized knowledge and skills, such as budget administration and control, equipment maintenance, specialized record keeping and database management, and/or specified information gathering for projects and tasks. Assists in creating and managing requests for proposals for facilities projects including construction, retrofits, and maintenance.   


The Day-to-Day:

  • Oversee and/or perform a range of diverse administrative activities for the facilities department
  • Utilize knowledge and understanding of facilities operational issues to create, compose, and edit technical and/or administrative correspondence and documentation
  • Schedules appointments, maintains calendars and schedules, coordinates meetings
  • Establishes, updates, and maintains facilities files and records related to various projects
  • Maintain facilities vendor files


Your Qualifications:

  • Outstanding oral and written communication skills
  • 2-3 years of experience in administration and/or accounting
  • Ability to create, compose, and edit written materials
  • Ability to gather data, compile information, and prepare reports
  • Skill in organizing resources and establishing priorities
  • Experience is creating and managing Excel spreadsheets
