The Opportunity:

As a Talent Acquisition Sourcing Specialist, you’ll be strategically building search strings and Boolean searches, crafting creative and engaging messages to attract top talent, helping with initial screening calls, and assisting in one-off projects to improve our department.


You'll have the opportunity to work collaboratively with a peer group of sourcing specialists as well as other talent acquisition professionals alike.  You will be challenged in this role to think creatively and strategically, and will be provided the opportunity to help our team continuously improve our ability to identify and engage qualified candidates quickly.


Sourcing Specialists get constant exposure to Recruiters and Hiring Managers in multiple departments across the firm including shadow sessions, meetings, and trainings. You’ll thrive in this role if you have:

  • Strong communication skills that allow you to interact effectively with both internal and external clients
  • Flexibility and willingness to adapt to changing priorities
  • Team player mentality with a positive and proactive will-do attitude that is consistent through difficult situations
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn, Indeed, or other candidate sourcing databases and tools
  • Exceptional organization, prioritization and time management skills
  • Ability to coordinate multiple projects and/or events simultaneously
  • Experience interacting with candidates, clients, prospective clients or vendors (preferred)
  • Prior experience sourcing candidates (preferred) 


  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written); including the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels of the firm
  • Action-oriented and strong drive for results
  • Ability to handle ambiguity well
  • Ability to excel in a collaborative, team-based environment
  • Strong attention to detail and a high level of reliability
  • Highly organized with ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
