Are you an experienced Travel Agent who is looking for their next challenge? Have you worked with Amadeus, Apollo, or Sabre in the past? Do you pride yourself on your customer service and enjoy the rush of being quick on your feet and working through problems? If that sounds like you, Fisher Investments may be your next home! We are searching for a highly talented individual to join our Travel Agent team in our Woodside, CA (San Francisco Bay Area) or Camas, WA (Portland, OR Metro) office to help with our growing business.


In this role you will be responsible for making corporate travel arrangements for the firm’s management and staff.


The Day-to-Day:

  • Book air, car, and hotel reservations for individual and group travel in compliance with corporate travel policies
  • Help determine the most efficient way to make flight connections
  • Provide unparalleled service to travelers by providing prompt, accurate and professional communication 
  • Track unused e-tickets for exchange toward future trips and personal expenses
  • Perform other tasks that may be assigned by supervisor

Your Qualifications:

  • Have a minimum of 5+ years of experience working as a corporate travel agent
  • Are fully proficient with; reservation system, Amadeus, Sabre or Apollo required, domestic and international tariffs and can make multi-segmented airline reservations
  • Knowledgeable on all types of ticketing, exchanges, and voiding of tickets
  • Are familiar with group and conference travel arrangements and preferred vendor programs
  • Enjoy working knowledge of Word, Outlook, and Excel
  • Have  high accuracy and attention to detail
  • Can juggle priorities and be able to work under pressure
  • Have good oral and written communication skills
  • Have the ability to work independently and in the team—keep pace with others on the team for independent work and help the team out with mass bookings
