Direct Mail Marketing Strategy Manager (2019-8340)

Job Description


Fisher Investments is hiring a Direct Mail Marketing Strategy Manager to develop and execute Direct Mail marketing campaigns for the US Private Client Group (PCG) Marketing team, a data-driven performance marketing organization. The ideal candidate has a demonstrated track record of using data to inform decision-making, experience building successful direct mail marketing campaigns, and the courage and intellectual curiosity to test new strategies.


Primary responsibilities include achieving internal lead volume, quality and cost targets, overseeing and enhancing existing prospect targeting models, testing new targeting models to boost results, envisioning and testing new creative executions, and managing and developing a support team. The position reports to the VP of Offline Marketing and is located in Camas, WA.


The Day-to-Day:

  • Manage key vendor relationships
  • Monitor performance, test opportunities to improve results, and troubleshoot performance disruptions
  • Work with internal and external agencies to develop new creative executions
  • Report results to senior management in written and verbal formats
  • Build and ensure adherence to annual budgets

Your Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience
  • Direct Mail marketing experience preferred, but not required
  • Strong drive for results, intellectual curiosity, and the courage to propose and test new strategies
  • Demonstrated track record of thinking critically and using data to build strategies to achieve specific performance goals
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint (Access or SQL a plus!)
  • Ability to work well in cross-matrixed organization collaborating with internal creative team, Finance, Legal/Compliance, analytics, reporting, etc.
