The Fisher Investments 401(k) Solutions Group has an amazing opportunity to provide clients with a remarkable solution. We have a very different retirement platform; it is specifically built for small and mid-sized business retirement plans (401k, Profit Sharing, Cash Balance, DB Plans, etc.) and aimed to provide 3(38) full fiduciary coverage, in-person client service & investment guidance, multiple record-keeping & TPA options, and investment flexibility above what is typically offered.
Help smaller plans, which are typically underserviced, by offering high quality investments and custom plan design and service, typically reserved for much larger organizations. The small plan space of $1-5m retirement plans is significant in size and scope, and represents a huge potential for the right candidate to sell in a consultative function working directly with company owners and decision makers. All we need is someone like you, who can appreciate how our platform is better suited to the small plan space than most options. This role requires experience selling in the qualified retirement plans space, selling direct to small plan space sponsors.
