Overview

Join our 401(k) Solutions Group as a Retirement Plan Consultant Manager and make an impact in the Retirement Plan Universe by helping to distribute a new and unique retirement platform.  Specifically built for small and mid-sized business retirement plans, our platform aims to provide full fiduciary coverage, in-person client services & investment guidance, multiple record-keeping & TPA options and investment flexibility. 

The Opportunity:

 

The Fisher Investments 401(k) Solutions Group (4S) has an amazing opportunity to provide clients with a remarkable solution. Work with salespeople, management and other business units to advocate and coach towards increased sales. Partner with Retirement Plan Consultants (RPC) on the phone and in the field - evaluating, testing, and training new processes, approaches, technology and key deliverables.  Bring your knowledge and personal success to play a pivotal part in the future of our 401(k) Solutions Group.  This is a Dallas based office role.

 

The Day-to-Day:

  • Support Director of 401(k) Solutions Sales’ coaching and leadership efforts.
    • Increase financial industry knowledge, sales traits and leadership skills.
    • Assist in planning sales team training events, conference calls, etc.
    • Partner with Retirement Plan Consultants (RPC) in the field and on the phone.
    • Handle Private Client Group client transitions to 4S.
  • Serve as internal advocate for Retirement Plan Consultants.
    • Support RPC expansion and recruiting efforts.
    • Work as liaison between RPCs, other 4S and non 4S groups.
  • Explore /test new processes, technology and sales deliverables.
    • Monitor and innovate RPC sales process, pipeline management and operational activities.
    • Monitor, track, and evaluate RPC rules and P & P’s.
  • Serve as initial RPC contact for resource/content needs, prospect questions and operational needs.

 

 

Your Qualifications:

  • 3+ year history of financial services sales success.
  • Minimum of one year management experience.
  • Core understanding of full-cycle consultative sales.
  • Challenges conventional thinking and the status quo.
  • Consistently achieve results, meet goals and hit deadlines.
  • Demonstrated positive attitude and outlook.
  • Ability to travel approximately 8 business days per month.
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher.
