Job Description

Overview

Are you looking to help an organization navigate and drive a constantly evolving landscape? Are you able to confidently and successfully interface with all levels of the business, from entry-level employees to senior management? If so, our Change Management Analyst may be the right opportunity for you!

The Opportunity:

Change is the only constant, and is essential to Fisher’s mission to be unconstrained by conventional wisdom, realize opportunities others won’t, and do what has not yet been done. Our changes often involve internal stakeholders and are only as effective as the business in communicating and adopting them. Managing change can include establishing the necessary steps for change, preparing and supporting employees, and monitoring pre- and post-change activities to ensure sustainment.

As a Change Management Analyst you will collaborate with the Change Management Sr. Program Manager and business unit SMEs to create and implement strategies that maximize employee adoption and usage.

The Day-to-Day:

  • Drive adoption of Fisher’s Change Management Framework through application to business unit change
  • Utilize change management tools and resources to enable and support business change
  • Effectively communicate with business unit SMEs and project teams to evaluate current business processes, identify dependencies, and establish a future state
  • Proactively manage changes in program scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plan
  • Establish success metrics and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented changes
  • Manage multiple initiatives at once, effectively communicating progress, and ensuring accurate expectations are set and met

Your Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of change management experience (principles, methodologies or tools) with a demonstrated track record of success
  • Interpersonal and written communication skills
  • Public speaking skills
  • Highly-developed analytical ability
  • Formal change management training preferred
  • Experience with creative independent problem solving
  • Experience working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
  • React to program adjustments promptly and efficiently
  • Working knowledge of MS Office, specifically Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint

Why Fisher Investments:

Fisher Investments is a different kind of investment firm. We don’t come from Wall Street, nor do we believe we fit in with most of the finance industry, and we’re proud of that. We work for a bigger purpose: bettering the investment universe. From unmatched service to innovative perspectives on investing, it’s the people that make the Fisher purpose possible. After all, it’s our people that enable us to offer the level of service that we do. And we invest in them accordingly, offering exceptional benefits like:

  • 100% coverage of premiums for health, vision and dental insurance
  • A 50% 401(k) match, up to the IRS maximum
  • 20 days of PTO*, plus 9 paid holidays
  • 8 week paid Primary Caregiver Parental Leave
  • And much, much more

We also provide a cumulative, continuous learning and development framework customized for every employee. This emphasis on personal and professional growth has yielded an award-winning work environment; we’re Great Place to Work Certified, and The Oregonian named us as a Top Workplace.

But in the end, it’s not the perks that keep people here. They stay because they believe in our mission of service—our employees want to make a difference in an industry that can do better.

* California employees accrue up to 17 days of PTO and 3 days of sick time per year.
