The Opportunity:


As an Information Security Specialist (Identity & Access Management), you will improve the Identity Access process through automation, application testing, product support, fulfilling access requests and analyzing access risks. You will work as a member of the Information Security Access & Management team where input is valued and success is rewarded.  


This position will have split responsibilities between Operations (50%) and Projects (50%).  It will sit in our Camas, WA, (near Portland, OR) location and will be a contract-to-hire opportunity.


The Day-to-Day: 

  • Fulfill simple and complex access requests
  • Troubleshoot access issues
  • Case management and escalation
  • Analyze current access to determine risk levels
  • Collaborate with IAM team to determine and implement efficient and effective methods to fulfil repeating access requests



  • 3+ years’ experience in the field of operational information security (identity management, access management or risk analysis) or 5+ years’ experience in information technology (systems administration or application support)
  • Risk assessment and mitigation expertise in IT or IS
  • Effective workload prioritization
  • Technical experience in the following: Active Directory, PowerShell, Group Policy maintenance, identity access systems 
  • Ability to work effectively with co-located and remote team members
