Job Description

Overview

As a Project Manager within Human Capital, you will play a critical and highly trusted role in telling the firm’s story of who we are, what we value and our culture. You will drive behavior across our organization, inspiring employees to do more and to challenge themselves while developing a deep understanding of Human Capital, integrated talent management, our employee proposition, our culture and our employer brand. You will make the firm’s purpose, goals and culture relatable on a daily basis. This will take the courage to try new things, fail miserably, dust yourself off and try all over again. 

 

Day-to-Day:

  • Oversee creative and change management projects as well as internal and external marketing campaigns and initiatives
  • Project manage advertising and other marketing materials for Human Capital as appropriate
  • Coordinate and facilitate internal and external communication plans and assist with branding initatives
  • Collaborate with copywriters and graphic designers while driving the creative process
  • Identify process improvement opportunities to further ensure quality process and on-time project delivery
  • Partner with other business groups while consulting on various projects
  • Oversee project management process (scrum board, project management software)
  • Manage communication plans for new Human Capital initiatives partnering with groups like Organizational Development, Learning and Development, HR, Talent Acquisition and Recruitment Marketing
  • Communicate with business groups, updating them on the creative process and facilitating approvals as needed

Your Qualifications:

  • 10 years’ Project Management experience; PMP certification a plus
  • Experience using collaborative project management tools and processes (i.e. JIRA, scrum, agile)
  • Demonstrated understanding of process mapping
  • Ability to communicate complex messages in both written and verbal formats
  • Prior experience collaborating with business partners, graphic designers and writers to drive deliverables
