The Opportunity:

Our engineering team supports a broad spectrum of infrastructure technologies, including global voice, video and collaboration services. You will report to the Engineering Manager/Team Lead and architect Cloud-based telephony, call center systems and on premise Cisco Call Manager (Communications Manager) systems. You will oversee dial plan design, modernization efforts, and promote improvement with voice, video, collaboration and call center technology projects.

The Day-to-Day:

• Provide global telecom engineering architecture and consultation
• Design voice, video, collaboration and call center technologies for both cloud and on premise services
• Oversee engineering projects around the globe to support growth
• Provide Tier 3 and Tier 4 support, both onsite and remotely
• Manage the roadmap, architecture, health, scalability and fit-for-purpose of global voice and video solutions

Your Qualifications:

• 10+ years IP telephony design and implementation experience, including Cisco UC Manager / Call Manager (CUCM), Cisco Unity / Cisco Unity Connection (CUC)
• Experience with cloud-based video systems such as Zoom, WebEx, BlueJeans, MS Teams
• Expert knowledge in at least one of the following areas: Call Center, Video, Collaboration platforms

Experience with the following:

• Global dial plan design using E.164 and TEHO
• Cisco Unified Border Element (CUBE) and SIP Trunking
• Cisco Expressway
• Cisco IM & Presence Server (IM&P) / Cisco Jabber
• Cisco UC Manager Automation
• Cisco Meeting Server (Cisco CMS, Acano)
• Cloud-based telephony – RingCentral, 8x8, etc.
• Call Center – Genesys, Five9, UCCE, etc.
• Call Recording
• Cisco UC Manager Automation
