You can join a top world 25 ranked Learning & Development team (by ATD). You will help build programs that provide employees with the training they need to build lifelong careers. Your experience overseeing and implementing 360° feedback will help our leaders grow.
You will run our 360° Feedback Program which gives leaders the opportunity to get feedback and try out new skills, without being tied to performance or bonus programs. Participants receive anonymous and constructive feedback from peers, direct reports, their manager and others on Fisher specific leadership competencies. Your coaching skills will be focused on one-time debriefs facilitating and delivering feedback to participants. You'll keep track of the process, facilitate reviews and make people aware of existing resources surrounding development feedback. You will report to the Learning & Development Manager who will aid in your training for this role and professional development for future growth opportunities.
As 360° Feedback Program Manager, you will manage the 360° review program to ensure the elements are completely and efficiently meeting requirements.
