This is an opportunity to oversee a targeted area of focus within our enterprise process management program.

 

The Opportunity:

 

Fisher Investments is looking for a Program Manager for Business Process Optimization. You will assess needs across targeted areas of the enterprise, re-engineering processes and events improving the efficient running of the enterprise and creating business operational metrics. Your expertise in lean methodologies will be an essential contributor to driving overall firm success. You will report to the VP of Business Process Optimization who will aid in your training for this role and professional development for future growth opportunities.

 

The Day-to-Day:

  • Oversee aspects of the enterprise process management program for their targeted area of focus
  • Promote measurable process creation and improvements in the target department
  • Collaborate with important partners to align project priorities with organizational goals and objectives
  • Manage concurrent projects and deliver educational programs to establish and maintain a culture of continuous improvement
  • Contribute as part of the team responsible for effectively implementing business process management practices throughout the enterprise

Your Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 1+ years of financial industry experience required
  • 3+ years of experience delivering business process change
  • Familiarity with development of measurements, analyzing problems for causes and the application of process optimization tools and methods (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, LSS) to solve business operational issues and create scalable service processes
  • Experience with to Business Process Management tools (e.g. Appian, Pega) and methods (e.g. BPMN 2)
  • Active user of Visio or other process mapping software
  • U.S. candidates must be fully vaccinated as defined by the medical community against COVID-19 and provide proof of such vaccination by date of hire
