Fisher Investments is Great Place to Work® Certified™ in the US for the fifth consecutive year. We’re also excited to share that our Fisher subsidiaries in the UK, Canada, Ireland, Germany, and Australia also earned certification through October 2023. What is Great Place to Work®?

Great Place to Work® is a people analysis and consulting firm and a recognized global authority on workplace culture. They are the producer of important reviews and best workplaces lists, including the annual Fortune “100 Best Companies to Work For®” list.

What does it mean to be certified?

Great Place to Work® Certification provides a globally recognized and research-backed verification of a great employee experience. Certified organizations are also eligible for consideration for other Great Place to Work® and Best Workplaces lists.

How did we earn certification?

Certification is a two-step process: 1. Surveying employees through a Trust Index© Survey and 2. Completing a questionnaire about our company’s workforce. Survey feedback is then independently analyzed by Great Place to Work, and participation requirements and survey benchmark scores must be met in order to earn the Great Place to Work® certification.

What do the surveys measure?

As part of the certification process, thousands of our global Fisher Investments employees were anonymously surveyed. These surveys measured several factors including compensation, manager quality, overall workplace atmosphere and the pride that employees feel working for Fisher Investments.
