  • Primary Caregiver Parental Leave

    This 8-week benefit allows primary caregivers to bond with their newborn or newly adopted child while receiving full or partial payment of their normal pay for a designated period.

  • Back-Up Child, Adult, or Elder Care

    Employees are offered up to 10 days of reliable, high-quality emergency back-up child, adult, or elder care annually.

  • Resources, Discounts, and Family Support

    Fisher employees get access to a variety of additional family support benefits including finding vetted babysitters, tutors, and other resources.

  • Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account

    Employees can utilize this pre-tax FSA benefit to pay for eligible dependent care services, such as pre-school, summer camp, before or after school programs, and child or adult daycare.

  • Fertility and Family-Forming Benefits

    Employees have access to expert care specialists, and a $10,000 lifetime financial benefit to use towards assisted reproduction, adoption, and other services.

  • Maternity Support Program

    Looking to start or expand your family? As a Fisher employee, your health insurance offers programs and resources to help you and your baby reach a healthy, full-term pregnancy.
